The clearest accomplishment is breadth: software work, creative output, real-world participation and recurring community activities all have recorded winners. 33 of 47 noncancelled campaign entries have a paid recipient recorded. The remaining 14 are open or lack a result.

SOFTWARE

A bridge, a clearer conversation UI, and product feedback

The ledger records paid winners for a one-way Degen-to-Base NFT bridge, clearer conversation threads in Quorum, and Celebration Hub testing. These are three distinct kinds of technical contribution: building, improving and testing.

Concrete code evidence: Quorum PR 267 merged on August 24, adding avatar connectors, collapsed deep replies and a three-post cap. The payout recipient’s claim credits Ice Maxie with the work. GoldenPipz’s claim also links published bridge source. Production behavior was not tested in this review.

Clips, memes, poetry and community stories

Nine media campaigns have recorded winners, spanning highlight reels, stream clips, memes and a street-interview challenge. Creative participation also includes Sopha poetry, Poetry x Postcards and collecting artwork on Kismet.

The 10,000 Steps and Warplets URL → IRL challenges extended rewards beyond the main winners. Together, their ledger entries record 19 payments to 16 distinct handles, including 17 additional payments.

The ledger lists ten daily bounties at $50 each. Six name paid recipients; four September entries have no result entered. The series documents a recurring activity, although the sheet alone does not establish repeat-user retention.

Media and recurring daily activities account for 20 of the 47 noncancelled campaign entries. Software accounts for six, with paid winners recorded on five.

Categories are an analytical reading of campaign titles. Each campaign appears once. The 17 extra payment rows are excluded from the campaign count.

Keep three totals separate.

$1,925 is the initial-funding column across all noncancelled records: $1,800 of campaign funding plus $125 in extra payments.

$2,349 is the final-bounty column for the 33 campaigns with paid winners. Adding $125 in explicit extra payments gives $2,474 of recorded pot-and-bonus value. This is not an independently verified transfer total.

$3,959 is the sum of known final bounty values across 44 noncancelled campaigns, including open and unreported work. Three further campaign pots are blank.

Recorded bounty pots often exceeded the initial amounts. The sheet does not separate additional contributions from token-price changes, and it does not provide a total grant award or remaining balance.

04 / AN APPROACH WORTH REPEATING

Reward more of
the completed work.

The Steps and Warplets campaigns show how a modest extra allocation can recognize more participants. The sheet records $125 in additional payments across these two campaigns, reaching 17 extra recipient entries.

For a future round, separate the main prize and the participation budget from the start. Track each completed contribution and its payment together. That makes the program easier to evaluate and gives the organizer a clearer view of who was rewarded.

the next impact report stronger.

Close the outcome gaps.

Add results to the four September daily entries. Record the final pot for the three open campaigns with blank values. A blank field should remain unknown until there is evidence.

Attach a receipt to every payment.

Store the winning artifact, recipient address, token amount, network and transaction hash together. Keep contribution amounts separate from the final pooled award.

Measure what happens after delivery.

For software, record adoption or usage after completion. For recurring activities, record returning participants. A paid winner establishes a recorded outcome, but does not measure sustained impact.

SOURCE & METHOD

Every number has a row behind it.

This analysis uses the public workbook’s farcaster boosts tab, retrieved September 7, 2026. It contains 65 nonblank records: 48 campaign or daily-bounty entries and 17 additional payment entries. Rows 22–30 and 32–39 are grouped with their parent campaigns. The cancelled row remains visible below but is excluded from impact totals.

“Paid” means the result cell names a paid recipient. It is a statement about the ledger, not independent transaction verification. Recipient counts normalize capitalization only: 39 handles are not proof of 39 unique people. Open and blank statuses can lag activity on the live bounty pages. The dollar values have no recorded valuation timestamps or exchange rates.

The report does not count page views, audience growth, user retention, profit or return on investment. Those measures are absent from the source. Categories are inferred from titles; source rows and links are retained so the interpretation can be checked.
